CallTools is a program that lets you add call notes to the Calendar application, create a new task in the Task application or add a follow up appointment in the Calendar every time you hang up the call.

You can set up CallTools to always prompt you for a call note when you hang up the phone or only when you talk more than specific time for example 1 minute.

With CallTools all your call notes becomes a daily journal and can be viewed easily.

CallTools includes powerful contact and category filtering. Now you can take full control of who you want to add notes for and ignore the rest.

CallTools also includes NotNow. When you ignore the incoming call you can send a friendly SMS message to the caller. This is a polite way of telling the caller you are busy and will call back when you are available.

When you synchronize with the Outlook or Google your call notes will be transferred automatically.
