KinLauncher is exactly what it sounds like: A kin-style theme for Windows Mobile. The screen is very simple (and fast), featuring the following customizable buttons:

* The Spot

The settings for these links can be changed in /Windows/kin_config.txt

Instructions are simple: Download the cab file, run on your phone, go to Start Menu -> kinlauncher, and you’re set!
